Well, I am ready to kick-off a new Quilt Along. I have the book, the fabric should be arriving soon and Lori Holt makes me smile!  She has the best instructional videos and love listening to her explain her philosophy of ,You are the boss of your Quilt".

Quilt Happiness - Re-boot!

  FIRST PUBLISHED IN FEBRAURY 2011 - This quilt is still unfinished! So I am re-booting my blog to kickstart my documentation of my artsy journey, which is currently Quilting - and hopefully finish up this project and share all the new work I have been creating. - AninaSmiles I have made a scrap quilt for my husband, then my son and now it is my daughters turn.  I lurked hexagon quilting sites and watched youtube videos all summer and finally decided on a colour scheme (my daughter does not like pink or purple or anything 'girlie').  It is probably my most ambitious quilt to date, it has to be ALL hand pieced.  It means that I can take the quilt with me and work on it anywhere, but it may take me years to finish it to a queen sized quilt.  This is six months work...
